Precision dual-end part capability with a maximum capacity of 8.2" (chucking) x 17.5" and a bar feed-thru capacity of 2" (main spindle) offers twin spindle turning with live tool options for close tolerance milling, drilling, slotting and full C-axis capabilities. Well suited and equipped with bar feeder for medium to high volume production work.

Providing significant CNC machining production capability and experience with parts that have been formed, deep draw or stamped that require subsequent CNC machining operations. 

CNC machining lathes are equipped with hydraulic barfeeds that offer volume CNC production with reasonable lead times.

Our standard CNC machining service experience lies with materials such as SST, Brass, and Aluminum, as well as extensive experience is offered in glass sealing alloys such as Kovar (iron nickel cobalt), 42 Nickel Alloy, OFHC Copper, Cupronickel, Monel & Molybdenum to name just a few.
